Services described
The site describes media audience analytics and content performance reporting engagements. Descriptions, sample formats, and fees are informational. A separate written scope and fee confirmation form the binding engagement when both parties agree.
Intellectual property
Website copy, layout, and branding belong to Page Springhub. Deliverables prepared for a client are licensed for the client’s internal and agreed external use as stated in the engagement letter. You may not republish our website materials as your own.
Client materials
You remain responsible for the accuracy of exports, credentials you choose to share, and permissions to use third-party data. You grant us a limited licence to process those materials solely to perform the engagement.
No warranties on outcomes
Reporting reflects the sources and definitions agreed for the engagement. We do not warrant particular traffic results, commercial outcomes, or uninterrupted website availability.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Page Springhub’s aggregate liability arising from a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost advertising revenue or editorial opportunity.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site to attempt unauthorised access, distribute malware, scrape content at scale, or submit abusive or unlawful messages through forms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from the site or engagements, unless a signed engagement letter specifies otherwise.
