Refund & cancellation policy
Last updated: 20 August 2026. Applies to reporting engagements booked with Page Springhub.
Scope
This policy covers Audience Pulse Reports, Content Performance Reviews, Editorial Briefing Sessions, and Campaign Readouts. It does not cover software licences, physical merchandise, or third-party advertising spend — none of which we sell on this site.
Eligibility
Refunds are available when we cancel an engagement before meaningful work begins, when we fail to deliver within the agreed window without a client-caused delay, or when a prepaid briefing is cancelled by us. Fees for completed written deliverables are not refundable once the final PDF or deck has been sent.
Timeframe to request
Submit refund requests within 14 days of the invoice date or the cancellation event, whichever is later, by emailing info@page-springhub.click with the engagement reference.
Full and partial refunds
Full refunds apply to unused prepaid briefings cancelled by us, or to deposits when we decline the work after payment but before kickoff. Partial refunds may apply if we terminate mid-engagement for reasons other than client breach; the portion reflecting completed analysis and drafting is retained.
Non-refundable items
- Completed reports and readouts already delivered
- Briefings that occurred as scheduled
- Deposits after kickoff when the client withdraws without cause
- Third-party transcript or transcription fees already incurred with prior approval
Deposits
Project work may require a deposit (often 30–50%) to reserve analyst time. Deposits become non-refundable once data intake and analysis have started, unless we cancel.
Cancellation & rescheduling
Cancel or reschedule briefings with at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid a session fee. Later cancellations may be charged in full. Pulse retainers require 30 days’ written notice to stop the next cycle; the current cycle in progress is billed as agreed.
No-shows
If your attendees do not join a booked briefing and we receive no notice, the session fee is due. We will offer one complimentary reschedule if the absence was due to a documented emergency.
Work already started
Once exports are ingested and analysis has begun, fees reflect time spent. We will itemise unfinished stages if an engagement ends early by mutual agreement.
Refund process & timing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval. Bank timelines may add several days.
